As the founder of 3B Ministries, Bailey is committed to spreading the message of Jesus Christ through a variety of engaging gospel music initiatives, including workshops, concerts, and vocal boot camps. 3B Ministries is dedicated to uplifting the community and fostering spiritual growth by creating powerful encounters with God through music and worship. WORSHIP AS ONE ENCOUNTER

The Worship As One Encounter was founded in 2013 by Benjamin Bailey through a vision given by God. This encounter is designed to bring believers back to a place of intimacy with God, while also strengthening worship teams and equipping singers to become vocally versatile. Beyond music, it creates a space where church members from different congregations can come together in fellowship, unity, and worship as one.
